Hello friends!

I find my passion in helping others reach their own goals, this is what refills my bucket!

In the early education field, for me, this falls into two categories; helping leaders improve the overall quality of their program and helping teachers improve the quality of care they provide on a daily basis.

I originally started consulting with other programs due to the need for good business coaching/mentoring in the early education field. So many people move up in this industry because they are amazing in the classroom. I have found that it is one thing to be amazing in the classroom and another to know how to put systems into place to run an amazing program. Most people who find themselves in that position need more resources for help and assistance. However, most will just wing it to make it work. I am a firm believer that business systems that help your business run and operate are just as important as amazing classroom teachers.

As for the teachers! They don’t just make themselves and they definitely don’t just grow on trees in this current economic state. Providing support to the teachers for me is just another way to help the leaders. It is important to offer training to teaching staff that empowers them in their classroom. Getting them on board with the leader’s vision for the company, getting their buy-in and ownership for their part in that vision, and helping them to understand the role that they play within the organization and with the children that they serve. That is the second part of my passion!
